Your primary role will be to support a team of Financial Advisors and help care for their clients. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on details, team-oriented, and excited to build long-term relationships with our clients.

Your Role:

· Help build trusting relationships with clients through clear communication and follow through.

· Manage multi-tasking, including incoming calls, greeting clients and processing client service requests.

· Identify and assess clients’ needs using office procedures and guidelines to help determine appropriate next steps, and following through to ensure resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Greeting clients and visiting with them in the office

· Work with current CRMs to keep information, interactions, and processes documented and up to date

· Coordinate scheduling with clients and business associates as needed

· Work with clients to make updates to their accounts, and assist with deposits and distributions as needed

· Work with team to prepare for upcoming appointments and any necessary follow up items

· Create and process new accounts and transfers

· Process incoming and outgoing mail

· Other duties as requested

Requirements/Qualifications

· Previous experience in a client-facing role

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to multitask effectively

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Knowledge of the financial investment and financial planning industry preferred

· Previous experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
