GENERAL SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator, Marketing will contribute to the development of marketing initiatives to deliver business goals for each assigned campaign or project. Leveraging creative thinking, organizational, and leadership skills, the Project Coordinator will guide the overall execution assigned projects to ensure accurate and timely completion.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
The Project Coordinator will work under the close supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Drive marketing initiatives through the intake, setup, and coordination of projects within our project management tool, Asana
B. Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of assigned projects by organizing and scheduling tasks in coordination with people and projects.
C. Find efficiencies and implement where needed
D. As needed, assist in execution of email campaigns, including drag and drop UI build, edit, QA, and deployment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working environment is located in person’s own home or office, free of distractions with ability to be on calls and available during working hours. Incumbent must be based in Central or Eastern US time zone.
This is a temporary, part-time position working 20-30 hours per week. This assignment will last three to six months.
