Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• • Credit Card Receipt Reconciliation & Auditing Monthly
  • Monthly GL Reconciliation
  • Weekly AR Invoicing Upload and Reconciliation
  • Check Scanning Daily & Receipting
  • Accounts Payable
  • File & Scanning of accounting documents accurately
  • Assist with other tasks as needed by the Corporate Controller

Education/Experience:

• Pursuit of a 4-year Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting
• Must be (at a minimum) in their Sophomore year or Higher
• Must have completed (or is currently enrolled in) an intermediate Accounting / Financial course
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Data entry competencies required
• Basic accounting skills required
• Strong deadline orientation and strong organization skills required

Schedule:

Minimum of at least 15 hours/week, with a maximum of 20 hours/week. Summer hours are a must, and we expect a minimum of at least 20 hours/week during this season. Schedule is flexible.
