We are currently seeking a Product Execution Assistant. The Product Execution Assistant will coordinate and manage the development and approval needs for our brands. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Send approval submissions to customers (lab dips, embroideries, reference samples, etc.)

Maintain product approval submit library

  • Issue Ad sample requests
  • packages & shipment; color labs color approval
  • communicating with factories, sample ordering ( bulk styles)
  • communicating with factories and submitting packaging request to vendors
  • Track, receive and distribute ordered samples
  • Create bulk product trim sheets
  • Understand and follow customer policies and requirements
  • React to trends in market they may effect product performance on retail level
  • Resolve development issues such as new packaging, non-compliant components & factory inability to achieve aesthetics

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced environment under pressure
  • Bachelors of Arts
  • PLM experience is a plus

Salary Range: 50- 55K *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
