Job Summary
This a full-time salaried position reporting to the VP/Agency Manager offering an opportunity to continue to provide exceptional internal & external customer service that built the distinguished reputation of Premier Caregiver Services, providing the best Caregivers and Client Service in the Industry.
Essential Duties
Enter new hire employees and client’s info into software systems.
Maintain employee files to ensure compliance with state regulations
Work in system technology platforms for communicating and documenting with clients and caregivers, i.e., Office 365, iPhone, WellSky, Paycom and others.
Review for accuracy and run weekly invoices and A/R Reports
Input & apply payments in Software System that runs the business
Review for accuracy and submit bi-weekly payroll
Run Month end reporting and enter in QuickBooks Online
Provide administrative support for social media posts and marketing campaigns
Participate in weekly Staff meetings as well as work with the office team for supporting needs
Help coordinate, communicate and participate in quarterly “all company” meetings
Participate in after hours on call 5 weekdays per month and 1 weekend per month.

Excellent phone skills/customer service, organization and attention to detail
Experience Invoicing, Accounts receivable/payable, applying payments and payroll processing
Proficient in Office 365, Outlook, and Excel and QuickBooks Online
