Essential Duties - Auto Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto maintenance and repair process.
• Advise customers about service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair and or maintenance.
• Schedule appointments for auto service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications - Auto Service Advisor:

• Required: Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience
• Automotive operational knowledge
• Good computer, customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
