Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day construction activities including but not limited to leading a crew of skilled and unskilled labor, ensuring quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with the project team. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Carpentry and Heavy Equipment operation skills
• Experience in Quality Control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in managing construction projects is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Ability

• Possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs.
