Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking an IT Intern. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic marketing professional who is passionate about early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree IT program or related field.
Required shift: 20-24 hours per week on- site; in our corporate Downtown, Chicago office located at 120 S. LaSalle St. Chicago, IL 60603. Schedule is flexible.
Compensation: $16.20 per hour
Internship duration: We are seeking an Intern to work six months to one year.

- Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
- On-site or virtual interview with Chief Information Officer (30 minutes)
- On-site or virtual interview with Systems Administrator (30 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage process for hardware acquisition and configuration.
- Provide excellent customer service while finding solutions to user’s PC issues.
- Execute Tier 1 Help Desk user support for PC or applications issues from start to finish.
- iPad Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
