ResponsibilitiesLead team meetings to ensure synergy and problem resolution
Communicate with customers consistently
Deliver jobs on schedule
Job costing and budget management
Labor budgeting and forecasting
Participate in Pre-cons to ensure proper planning and preparation
Knowledgeable About Our System Install RequirementsConducts field walks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Problem solves with customers and supers
Negotiates costs, pricing, change order with vendors, customers and subs
Assist supers with accounting and monthly billing
Contract scope and exclusion review
QualificationsEarly morning starts and possible late evening finishes
Travel to and from job sites, vendors and office
Travel Territory Beaufort, SC to Savannah, GA (Charleston, SC on occasion)
Strong leadership skills
Problem solver
Customer service skills
Lift and Carry objects 80-85 lbs
Pickup/Haul material in truck and/or company trailer
Ability to think, act, and manage daily schedule
Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience
$600/month truck reimbursement
Bonuses are calculated on a quarterly cash basis. Based on job performance and profitability.
401K Retirement Plan with Company Match after one year of employment
Cell Phone Reimbursement: $50 per month
iPad and Laptop Provided
