Job Summary

I am looking for an optician who has good interpersonal skills, is comfortable selling glasses, and is a team player. We are a small clinic and pride on working together. There is a lot of interaction with patients so it is important that the candidate has good customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

I am looking for an optician who will sell, verify prescriptions, and dispense frames. I also want someone who is willing to learn to cut and edge lenses, to make adjustments to glasses, to take and enter into EHR system and submit claims.This position also involves taking inventory of glasses. There will be on the job training.

Level of Education

Preference will be given to those with a colleague degree and at least 1 year of sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
