Job Overview:

We are looking for someone familier with current building practices. You will be assisting the owner in the day to day building operations on different job sites.

Duties:
- Estimate materials and labor costs for construction projects

- Review buildings and structures according to blueprints and specifications

- Submit bids for jobs

- Submit paperwork to city/township offices

- Must be able to read blue prints

Requirements:

- Builders License
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
- Ability to estimate materials and labor costs accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
