Salary: $90,000 - $95,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance system optimization efforts, ensuring seamless upgrades and process automation.
- Evaluate and implement modern finance technologies, ERP enhancements, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to integrate new systems and improve existing workflows.
- Identify efficiency gaps and propose solutions to streamline financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards while enhancing financial data accuracy and accessibility.
- Oversee system migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
- Train and support finance teams on new tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager, with a focus on systems optimization & transformation.
- Proven track record in upgrading and modernizing finance systems within a multinational retail company.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial automation, reporting, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to bridge the gap between finance and IT teams, ensuring smooth system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of global accounting standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.
