Key Responsibilities

- Performance Evaluation: Assess and provide constructive feedback on partner origination performance through regular reviews.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Team up with the Business Development unit to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
- Negotiation and Renewal: Re-negotiate terms with partners as relationships evolve to secure mutual benefit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal teams including product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance to ensure a cohesive partnership experience.
- Process Enhancement: Proactively improve and develop internal processes to maximize the effectiveness of the Partnerships team.
