Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our innovative team, focused on transforming the lending sector and empowering small to medium-sized enterprises. This remote role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by fostering and expanding strategic partnerships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Duties

As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and be instrumental in enhancing our partner relationships. Your primary duties will include:

  • Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to enhance integrations and stimulate business growth.
  • Identifying and executing essential success factors for partner accounts, collaborating closely with both internal and external teams.
  • Providing comprehensive performance analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates, to foster continuous improvement.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new partners in partnership with the Business Development Team.
  • Re-negotiating commercial agreements as partnerships develop, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Engaging with internal teams such as product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Spearheading innovation through process improvements and strategic initiatives to elevate the partnerships team.

Required Skills

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or partner management roles, ideally within the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • A proven ability to engage effectively with various teams across partner organizations, including sales, business development, legal, and product teams.
  • Strong project management competencies to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead meetings, facilitate training sessions, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Analytical acumen to drive informed decision-making and success measurement through a metrics-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce reporting is an advantage.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a talent for problem-solving and process enhancement.
