Senior Client Manager | Hybrid / Remote work available | $90,000 with Bonus | Great opportunity for growth | CPG/Retail/Ecommerce

I have partnered with a dynamic commerce marketing agency at the beginning of their expansion into North America.

As part of their expansion into the US, they’re looking for a Senior Client Manager to oversee & be hands-on with creative campaigns, utilizing client data & metrics to help establish & develop new, & existing Retail Media Networks.

You’ll be joining an office in its infancy stage, but a company who is very much established within this field, with a great track record & performance overseas. You’ll be able to learn the company process & values, whilst also being able to offer your local market knowledge & processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initially manage creative campaigns, working with an overseas team for the content, with plans to eventually have a team under you.
• Working with the team, clients & all of their CPG partners, you'll be establishing effective RMN’s, driving revenue, ecommerce & overall growth for all involved.
• Constantly analyse & use insights to evaluate and evolve process & performance for future campaigns – ROI, sales, uplift, etc.

Requirements:

• Omni-channel marketing experience, ideally having delivered campaigns across all forms of retail, working with CPG partners & brands.
• Along with proven industry knowledge & experience, my client is also looking for a background within marketing, retail media, CPG, Media agency or Retail Tech – in addition to this, previous experience in executing retail media campaigns with positive outcomes to share would be extremely beneficial.
• Experience in delegating/managing work is also beneficial.

This role can be performed fully remote, though the HQ will be established in NYC. So you’ll be expected to be in attendance on organized weeks, as well as be open to the possibility of travel to client sites or external events.
