Premier Health Internal Medicine & Pediatrics is a primary care office in Westland, MI. We see all ages from newborns to geriatrics.

We are looking for a part-time medical assistant/medical receptionist to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Weekend hours are possible depending on need but not required to be hired.

**Please do not apply if you do not have experience with phlebotomy and vaccine administration***

We are looking for an individual with experience working in this role and is able to perform the following duties/possess the following skills:

- draw blood for lab testing

- give vaccines and document them in MICR.

- Greet and check-in patients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the office's scheduling system (we use PracticeFusion but experience with this EMR is not needed so long as willing to learn).
- Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details (verifying benefits and copay amounts)
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits

- Assist healthcare providers with basic medical procedures as needed
