service and warranty work in the field. * Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness. * Inspect Installation. * Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations. * Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business. * Monitor installers quality of work in field. * Build relationships in the field. * Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information. * Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors. * Cover, assist, and train in other areas. * Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion. * Other duties as assigned by management. *Qualifications* * Extensive Bathroom experience * Minor plumbing experience * Results-oriented.Problem solving skills. * Ability to manage process. * Action-oriented. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment. * Ability to read project plans and drawings. * Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. *Education and/or Experience* * Minimum of a high school diploma with a certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry, education beyond high school a plus. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience i.e., bathrooms, plumbing, carpentry, etc electrical * Driving is a requirement for this position. * - A valid driver’s license is required. * - Vehicle insurance as required by state law is required. * - Satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle report. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong attention to detail. The Field Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by overseeing all aspects of the process.
