Our busy Chiropractic clinic in Arlington is looking for a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant. No Chiropractic experience is necessary - you'll receive on-the-job training for all aspects of the position. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the clinic running smoothly so computer/office skills are necessary.

Schedule for the position is Monday-Thursday 11am - 8pm and Friday 8am-5pm OR Saturday 9am-2pm (rotating Fri/Sat schedule.)

Responsibilities of the Chiropractic Medical Assistant:

• Handle front desk administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support the doctor
• Instructing patients on therapeutic exercises/use of therapy machines
• Communicate with insurance companies for verifying insurance coverage and referrals
• Escort patients to treatment rooms

Requirements:

• Strong computer knowledge with email and Excel
• Must have at least 1 year experience in office or medical field
• Excellent communication skills and great work ethic
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred
