Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement packaging solutions for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct design verification and validation testing to ensure packaging meets all necessary requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize packaging materials and processes.
• Perform material design and selection to ensure the integrity and safety of packaging.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation in accordance with ISO 11607.
• Conduct testing and analysis to validate the performance and durability of packaging solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to packaging engineering and medical devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Packaging Engineer, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 11607 standards is mandatory.
• Experience in design verification and validation testing.
• Strong background in material design and selection.
• Some experience in testing is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
