Role: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA - Onsite
- Only USC/GC - Senior Program/Project Manager with FMCG or Pharmaceutical projects experience
- Fluency in English (required), Spanish (Desirable)
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Previous experience leading Master Planning processes on the FCGM or Pharmaceutical Industry
- Assures safety implementation on projects plan
- Main Technical Point of Contact for Global Pilot Plants network
- Leads meetings, workshops and any other type of tools for understanding business needs from all stakeholders involved
- Lead development of SOW for every Subproject identified and discussed with client's Team
- Defines technical and resources requirements for implementing Master Planning
- Prepares CapEx project proposals including goals, technical scope, time frame, budget, project team, regulatory permits and endorsements, general contract management, preliminary risk assessment, start up and commissioning requirements.
- Prepare and maintain a Client's master project plan with User Requirement Specifications based on inputs from Site teams
- Develop RFP scopes and deliverables for Client's onshore/offshore resource and project proposal estimates
- Client's project activity planning and management, risk management, documentation requirements
Additional requirements
- Creates capital plan for the current year (AC) and rolling 3 years (LRP) for Master Planning projects / Execution pace / Cost control / Resources allocation / Scope delivered
- Liaison with Site and Global Leadership Team assuring all project metrics are aligned with client needs – (KPIs, such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, Capital-related expenses, Sustainability, business strategy)
- Develop Risk assessment and keep actions tracking
- Elaborate Preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery.
- Task/resource planning and management

- Lead the steering committees and frequent reports as required
- Develop technical SOW at Idea level for all projects identified
- Develop the business case along with relevant responsible, i.e. Finance team

- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Industrial or similar)
