Location Harrisburg, PA

No Remote * Demonstrated success improving and/or transforming an inventory control system within a complex manufacturing organization

* Intense knowledge of forecasting /demand planning/scheduling/supply planning in manufacturing footprints with uneven demand

* Overall multi-plant Supply Chain leadership experience with successes in process development, material flow, purchasing, supplier development, etc.

* Superior communication and collaboration skills in order to educate/influence cross-functionally and to senior leadership the areas for change

* Background within a fast growing company and ability to standardize processes for sustaining growth

* Supply Chain or related degree and MBA preferred

**Position Summary:**

This positions primary mission is to define, develop, implement and measure standard business processes to improve customer on time delivery performance. This position will be heavily involved in a large & complex ERP transformation. Expert skills in delivering business transformation and change through standardized processes. The successful candidate will have strong supply chain process and operational knowledge and be able to drive standard metrics, perform statistical analysis and optimization modeling. Must be skilled at collaborating with other functions including operations, purchasing, sales, finance and IT to deliver transformational process & technology solutions.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** (Other duties may be assigned)

* Overall responsibility to identify transformation opportunities within our end to end supply chain

* Champions the development of standard practices and is the functional global process owner for materials management and production planning.

* Plans and aligns work as to insure quality, delivery and management of all aspects of the supply chain process and procedures.

* Perform end to end inventory analysis and develop strategies and innovative solutions to balance constraints with demand fluidity, capacity, seasonality and logistics

* Collaborates with finance and supply chain leaders to develop standard procedures to plan, predict, reconcile and react to inventory levels to support operational requirements

* Subject matter expert for inventory management, optimization and control

* Develop standard metrics and scorecards

* Develop dashboard that enable inventory insights for supply CMM team members to proactively take action and mitigate inventory issues

* Develop tools, reports and analytic methods to enable an effective Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process

**Qualifications - Required Skills:**

* Demonstrated broad-based supply chain management, process development and manufacturing operations knowledge

* Extensive experience with SAP or similar ERP.

* Demonstrated competency in the MS Office Suite of products

* Strong and above average communication skills oral, written and presentation skills

* Instills trust through superior organization, planning, technical and negotiation skills

* Superior process, analytical and problem-solving skills apply / execute formal techniques

* Exposure to multiple disciplines (including IT, Purchasing, Operations, Finance.)

* Strong leadership skills (Courage) influence all facets of the organization, mentoring, coaching and teaching

* Has organizational savvy to influence and build consensus

* Manages conflict and resolves issues

**Qualifications / Education**

* 15 years of related experience in a large or midsize multinational manufacturer

* Bachelors Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Operations, Masters degree preferred

* Industry relevant certifications and qualifications i.e. Program management, ASCM

* Applied lean techniques including value stream mapping

* Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management Process Transformation experience

* Strong understanding and working knowledge of the IT ERP systems that support IBP, Materials Management, Inventory Control and Production Planning
