NEW GRADS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! Private, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic WHO TREATS ONE-ON-ONE looking for INITIALLY a part-time Doctor of Physical Therapy (with the plan to expand to full-time). Initially your caseload will be approximately 25 hours per week with the intention over 2-3 months to build that to a full-time caseload.

Your main role is to treat patients, but as we are NOT a large, corporate CHAIN or MILL, we are the marketing team. We do in-person events (e.g., health fairs, workshops at gyms, having tents at local races, etc) to help spread the word about who we are, what we do, and how we can help people get out of pain and back to doing the things they love. Marketing time is paid and can be used to supplement full-time hours, if needed. But marketing IS a part of the job. We think of it as allowing the community to get to know us especially since our budget is not inflated by YOU having to see 3-4 patients at a time.

Our company is winners of Best of the Bay's "Best Physical Therapy Practice" 6 of the past 8 years. We only provide 1-on-1 care from ONLY Doctors of Physical Therapy. We treat in a team environment and have regular "grand rounds" to discuss cases and put all of our DPT brains together to get the best outcome for our patients.
