Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Peggy's Place Adult Day Center and Premier Primary Care, both jointly owned by our physicians. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to seniors and the community, working under their RN license scope. The RN will be heavily involved in the day-to-day activities and operations of both Peggy's Place and Premier Primary Care, ensuring improved quality of care for all participants.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional care to participants and patients according to established protocols and care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for each participant and patient.

- Monitor participant and patient vital signs, reporting any deviations to the medical team.

- Participate in and contribute to activities within both the Adult Day Center and the Primary Care Center to improve the quality of life and health outcomes.

- Document nursing care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

- Provide education and guidance to participants, patients, and their families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.

- Assist in the development and management of clinical operations and protocols within both Peggy's Place and Premier Primary Care.

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in Indiana.

- Proven experience in a clinical or similar healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in medication administration and basic nursing duties.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively within both the Adult Day Center and Primary Care Center environments.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in geriatrics or community health nursing.

- Familiarity with adult day center operations and activities.

- Previous experience with care planning and interdisciplinary teamwork.

- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

The candidate will be working at both Peggy's Place and Premier Primary Care. The job involves aiding in clinic operations at both locations, with flexible hours as per the needs of each practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
