_Job Title:_ Family Nurse Practitioner

Join our healthcare team at Premier Primary Care as a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to primary care patients. You will work on a one-week-on, one-week-off schedule with shifts from 8 am to 6 pm, including a one-hour lunch break. You will focus on accommodating acute/sick visits while delivering high-quality care to improve health outcomes for individuals and families in our community.

_Responsibilities:_

- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans for primary care patients.

- Perform diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

- Offer counseling and education to patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.

- Manage outpatient care settings effectively, ensuring continuity of care for all patients.

- Participate in clinical research activities to contribute to advancements in healthcare practices.

_Requirements:_

- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification.

- Experience in clinical practice or a similar healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and their families.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.

_Nice-to-Have Skills:_

- Previous experience working with individuals with chronic medical problems.

- Familiarity with Internal medicine practices and protocols.

- Knowledge of geriatric care principles and specialized memory care techniques.

Pay: $111,698.67 - $134,518.83 per year
