- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge and experience in facilities management
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and electrical schematics
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Project management skills to plan and execute maintenance projects
- Understanding of low voltage systems and logic controllers
