Job Overview : The person filing this role must have outstanding communication skills accompanied with flexibility, the ability to multi-task and strong interpersonal skills, The job responsibilities in this hands-on position will include but are not limited to the following : entering and processing data with high level of accuracy, understanding general account principles, researching and problem solving to support our growing solar solutions manufacturing organization.

• Assists with review and processing of AR / AP reports related to inventory and revenue
• Assist with processing all close out documents at job completion / invoicing
• Acts as the administrative point of contact for operations team for misc.

items as needed

• Supports with Vista system updates to inventory, cost and revenue
• Maintains all supporting documents related to invoicing by project, inventory movement and cost EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
• Associates Degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience in Billing, Customer Service and Administrative Support Functions Benefits :
