We are seeking a detail-oriented, social media savvy, and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing social media accounts, office operations, and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
-Big plus if you have some type of real estate experience!
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining files
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Provide support in clerical functions such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Assist in schedule management for appointments and meetings
-Run social media accounts: instagram, facebook, and linkedin
-Can edit videos and social media content.
-Ability to use canva or other editing software.
-Can drive to film content, put out signs, or host open houses
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Can create social media content: like video and graphics and knows how to edit.
