We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 19 years of experience and 16 different locations . s.
Compensation:
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 12% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. You will receive 6 Weeks of onboarding pay $3,000 commission, bonus opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Travel to predetermined areas that have recently experienced storm damage and assesses damage on single-family roofs
- Build relationships with homeowners and guide homeowners' expectations and enhance their experience during the insurance and construction process
- Recommend upgrades or additional options based on their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Excellent communication

- 2 year sales experience, D2D, retail, or customer service
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
