Premier Senior Living is Hiring a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher - Part-Time 1st/2nd Shift Near Charlotte, NC

POSTION SUMMARY:

To provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate with all residents, staff, and visitors.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in Food Services.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:

Must be able to assist in all areas of the Dietary Department.

DUTIES OF POSITION:

Customer Service

Quality of Work

* Uses integrity, good judgment and problem solving skills in making decisions.

* Produces high quality documentation as evidence by the following:

* Sets up trays and food service carts accurately and timely.

* Provide food service to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions.

* Serve and bus trays.

* Assist in preparing, covering and labeling food.

* Clean work area.

* Assist in the proper care, use and cleaning of kitchen equipment.

* Work as a dishwasher, using the equipment appropriately and in a safe manner according all state and federal regulations.

* Attend in-service training programs for Food Service employees.

* Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

* Takes steps necessary to produce excellent work in any task or job that is assigned.

* (For Direct Resident Care Areas) - Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, motor and sensory adaptation, cognitive and psychosocial appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her assigned area. (see attached Age Specific Performance Appraisal Addendum)

* (For In-Direct Resident Care Support Areas) - Provides support activities appropriate to ages served. (see attached Age Specific Performance Appraisal Addendum)
