Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Current Ohio License with no Board Actions
• Minimum 6 months experience in a Skilled Nursing / LTC Facility

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care in a SNF / ALF setting
• Performs interventions according to the patients plan of care
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in the patient condition and reporting in resident status to supervisor
