Key Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize, and control production at HMM-AR to ensure that quality products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification, and procurement.
- Work out and implement standardized work instructions for production operations.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Determine and implement improvement to the production Process.
- Monitor and review the performance of team members and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Estimate production costs
- Set production budgets
- Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by training
Education And Experience
- 5 years of Management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or Operations Management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of TPS and 5S
- Ability to effectively lead a large team from various educational and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to identify and effectively resolve problems
- Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications
- Fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand
- Use hand or power tools
- Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data
