Your New Role :

Your responsibilities will include everything from maintaining a sharp, clean workspace to organizing office supplies, running our Membership Program, and processing invoices with precision.

You’ll be booking appointments through Service Titan, ensuring our customers feel like they’re in expert hands at every touchpoint, and providing admin support across the board.

Whether it's engaging with customers over the phone, in person, or via text, you’ll make sure Premier Systems shines bright every time.

You'll also step into on-call rotation during extreme weather conditions (remotely, excluding Sundays) because we don’t stop when things get tough, and neither do you.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules or projects efficiently.
• Valid MT Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Service Titan and Google Suites.
• Experience with sales calls, follow-ups, public relations, or dispatching.
