- Assist with essential recurring onboarding activities, including the coordination of onboarding meetings, I-9 verifications, and onboarding processes
- Maintain personnel-related documentation, including onboarding, new hire, and termination documentation
- Input and regularly audit information, data, and records across multiple HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Efficiently manage the ticketing system, prioritizing and addressing incoming requests to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to define and document requirements
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- 9-months contract
- 100% remote
- 1-3 years of experience as a People Ops Specialist, Coordinator, or similar experience.
- Workday operational experience with data entry (EIB experience is a plus)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills with a strong aptitude for attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and apply judgment according to directions or guidance.
- Experience providing employee lifecycle support globally by responding to queries for all HR matters in alignment with established service level agreements and best practices
- The ability to process data entry in Workday for all employee changes and troubleshoot data discrepancies
- The ability to manage recurring onboarding-related activities (e.g. right-to-work verification, I-9 reverification)
- Proficient with G-Suite, Slack or other convenient technologies for workplaces
- $29.68 - $30 /hour Pay Rate
