Your Responsibilities
Interdisciplinary discussions and reviews of patient schedules and treatments
Conducting evaluations for new admissions
Assessing potential discharges and communicating floor programs
Providing staff training and updating them on patient progress
Implementing programming for wheelchair use, splints, and adaptive equipment
Communicating with families and facility staff regarding patient progress, updated goals, adaptive equipment, and changes in status
