What To Expect In This RoleTeam Collaboration: Work closely with therapy and facility teams.
Education: Provide education to family/caregivers and conduct facility education and in-services.
Care Plan Meetings: Attend meetings and contribute to care planning.
Daily Tasks: Complete necessary documentation and collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist.
