Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the timely delivery of goods and ensuring smooth operations within our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor routes and provide drivers with necessary information to optimize delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient operations.
• Track and report shipment statuses using our logistics management software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall logistics and transportation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the trucking and logistics industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., dispatch software, GPS systems) is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation laws is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics is advantageous.
