Responsibilities Of Customer Service Representative
- Handle existing and new customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide information about the products and services as requested.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns with Quality Team.
- Document and update customer orders.
- Assist production team with schedule and planning of jobs.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and printing industry such as papers, inks, coating, etc.
- Familiar and comfortable with technical aspects of printing industry.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Years Experience: 1 - 3 years
Salary: $20 - $26 Hourly
