Premix, a Finnish family-owned leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced functional plastic materials, is expanding its operations to the United States with a new, state-of-the-art greenfield plant in Dallas, North Carolina (Apple Creek Business Park). With over 40 years of technological expertise in electrically conductive and dissipative material solutions, Premix serves a diverse range of industries including Healthcare, Packaging, and Wire and Cable. As we prepare to open our doors in 2024, we are eager to grow our customer base in the USA and are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
to support our US Sales Team and ensure that our customers receive excellent support and assistance during the entire sales cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking orders, getting quotes out, and ensuring that customers' needs are met with a focus on excellent customer service skills.
Main responsibilities
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
· Handle and address any issues or concerns that customers may encounter before and after the order deliveries.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
· Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates on order status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
· Ensure that customer data is accurately recorded and maintained in our systems.
· Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
Skills and Qualifications
· Familiarity with order processing and fulfillment processes.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with little supervision.
· Strong customer service skills, with a focus on winning business and maintaining customer satisfaction.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in using modern ERP, customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools (incl. Office 365).
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
