Prequel is seeking qualified candidates for an Desktop Analyst position with a reputable company in Pittsburgh. This is a contract to hire opportunity and offers competitive compensation, health benefits and the opportunity to convert to a full-time company employee. This position will work onsite in downtown Pittsburgh, standard work hours.
Company is seeking candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 full year of hands-on IT technical support/desktop experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience and knowledge in areas including: Network, Laptops, Desktops, Phones, User ID/Password Resets, Imaging New Machines etc.
