Prequel is seeking qualified candidates for an Accounting Leadership role to lead the accounting department for a reputable financial services/banking organization in the greater Pittsburgh area. This is a full-time role that includes a competitive salary, health & retirement benefit and a hybrid working model. This role will manage a small accounting team and be involved in areas including accounting systems, financial procedures and policies, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Company is seeking candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience:
- Candidates MUST have a CPA and Industry Experience in Financial Services/Banking, and a Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Ideally living in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh and able to work a hybrid model
- Functional knowledge and experience with accounting, accounting systems, financial reporting, policies/procedures
