Seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Project Manager position with an established MFG organization in the Cary, IL area. This is a full-time role and includes a competitive salary, health and retirement benefits.

This position will provide Project Management support to both customer and internal projects. Responsibilities will include:

• Establish work plans for each project phase; makes staffing recommendations and coordinates activities of assigned personnel within prescribed budget and according to schedule.
• Organize internal project meetings as required to keep all team members informed and on task.
• Creates and provides updated project charts and schedules.
• Interfaces with internal and external suppliers to ensure they are meeting the required lead times and are on-site when needed.

Seeking candidates with a mix of the following:

• Must live within reasonable commute of CARY, IL and be ok with an onsite work schedule
• 3 years of Project Management experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
