Prequel is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Operations Manager  role for an established company in the Cary, IL area. This is a full-time role and includes a competitive salary and bonus structure along with full health and retirement benefits. This position works full time onsite and will have direct line management of a team of six (6). Key responsibilities include development of the production team and all design inputs, optimizing production assets and flow, on time delivery of products to clients and delivering on revenue and quality targets.

• Lives within a 30-mile radius of Cary, IL and able to work onsite M-FRI
