Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. All Source Analyst- Language Exploitation Operations (LEO) Team Lead to support a federal government client.

Sr. All Source Analyst- Language Exploitation Operations (LEO) Team Lead

Description:

• Conducts exploitation/analysis using intelligence and information from multiple data sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source exploitation support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.
• Supports business rule that all LEO language teams shall have designated team leaders.
• Coordinates assigned project tasks, relaying management requirements to their teams, training team members, updating production schedules, using and updating style and translation standards guides and other related tasks as assigned.
• Serves as NMEC’s principal representatives during non-core hours, interact with NMEC customers and platforms, respond to requirements and requests, maintain situational awareness, and notify government leadership as the need arises.
• Qualifications: All shall be qualified Language Analysts at a 3/3 or higher in English and in a Target Language. Team Leads shall have a least two years of experience in managing Language Analysts. They must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Must be comfortable briefing senior Government personnel. Must be able to multi-task and be organized and adaptable to changing/evolving requirements.

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• Must have a minimum of 12 years’ experience working as a Language Analyst and/or All Source Analyst.
• The Triage Team Lead will have functional capability in one of NMEC primary languages, scoring at least 3/3 in reading and listening in one of NMEC primary languages and have English with general professional plus or higher proficiency (3 ) on the Interagency Language Analyst Roundtable (ILR) 5-point scale.
• Must be proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite.
• Must be comfortable briefing senior Government personnel.
• Must be able to multi-task and be organized and adaptable to changing/evolving requirements.

Desired education:

• Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education: or have a bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related Senior experience for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
