Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting
- Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of employment
- Proven experience as a nursing supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with occupational health and family planning services is a plus
