Looking for a moldable, intelligent, and diligent analyst. Must be great with tech, enjoy getting deep into the details, and staying organized. Knowledge of real estate, GIS, and/or Excel a plus. The daily work includes:

• Filtering through land purchase opportunities from our wholesalers, real estate agent contacts, builder contacts, and MLS 
  • Investigating opportunities
    • Underwriting opportunities
      • Analyzing data from underwriting
• Making a case for the deal or compiling Information for a decision
  • Creating pro forma or proving profitability on infill lots 
    • Creating presentations as required:
• Ensure that we are purchasing the right amount of land deals and lots per management quotas for all regions.
• Opportunities for growth in the #14 fastest growing mid market company in all of North Carolina.
