Job Purpose
The Innovation Project Manager will play an integral part of the Innovation & Commercialization team, focusing on foodservice product development from development to post-launch troubleshooting. Working with cross-functional teams including R&D, retail, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations, the Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for successfully commercializing and launching up to 20 different projects simultaneously, all related to product development. The Innovation Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects through the entire lifecycle to ensure successful product commercialization and launch, and oversee development, pricing, customer approval, scale-up, rollout, and post-launch activities. The Innovation Project Manager will lead projects and spend about 60% on commercialization-oriented projects, and the remaining 40% on Special Projects including routine project management, oversight “stage gate management” projects, reporting on project statuses, consumer research projects, concept development and consumer research. NOTE: This role requires onsite work in our Culver City, CA Support Center. Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite (Tuesday – Thursday).
