Summary of Job Function: Responsible for supporting network and systems, updating system hardware and software, troubleshooting system errors, and assisting team members in supporting all data security and optimization.

Essential Functions:
1. Manage, troubleshoot and upgrade computer systems to meet performance and security needs
2. Repairs, troubleshoots, and installs network hardware and data cables
3. Help manage and maintain security camera systems throughout the agency
4. Administer usernames and passwords for domain access, email, other network resources
5. Assist in administration and maintenance of all domain based servers
6. Assist with administration of server backup routines and Disaster Recovery procedures
7. Maintain Active Directory user accounts, security groups and computer objects
8. Administers and maintains all domain workstations throughout their lifecycles
9. Create and maintain workstation images for efficient workstation deployments
10. Install additional hardware and software based on departmental need
11. Verify application compatibility with current operating system(s)
12. IP phone and telecommunication administration (e.g. extensions, display names, voicemail, etc.)
13. Create, troubleshoot and repair network printers/copiers
14. Assist in maintaining system and data security per HIPAA/HI-TECH regulations
15. Lead computer usage training for new hire orientation 16. Cover helpdesk to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
17. Maintain a thorough understanding of core network technologies including, but not limited to, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), and network security
18. Track and maintain technology inventory (e.g. workstations, tablets, servers, cell phones, etc.)
19. Track and maintain software licensing
20. All other duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
1. Education, Certification/License, and/or Experience
a. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
b. Drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
c. Obtain and maintain CPR/FA and CPI certifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, and circumference. Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
