Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Duties:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and selecting appropriate shipping methods
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse is a plus
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate counts

Requirements:

- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and distribution center operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capability to lift and move heavy items as needed
