Join our team as a Float Pool LPN to pick up shifts and support our Prestige Care Centers in Oregon and Washington. You can choose your own schedule. We just require you to work a minimum of two shifts per month for on-call up to Full-time schedule. Do you live locally to Oregon and Washington and have an Oregon and or Washington LPN License
Pay $40.00 - 45.00 per hour DOE. Position is also eligible for mileage reimbursement, hotel coverage for travel, and possible shift bonus potential.
We have full-time, part-time, and on-call positions available. Full time positions are benefits eligible.
We have locations that we assist in Portland, Vancouver, Camas, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Molalla, Newberg, McMinnville, Forest Grove, Creswell, Cottage Grove, Ashland, Hood River, Pendleton, Centralia, Spokane, and Ellensburg.

In our Licensed Practical Nurse role, you will be assistingin the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting in our EMR system,and ultimately collaborating with other healthcare providers to best serve ourresidents.

In this job, everyday you will…
1. Supervises nonprofessional staff in the dailydelivery of resident care, schedules job assignments and develops nursing unitpriorities and assists in identifying substitutes for staff absences.
2. Monitors work assignments, provides feedback,evaluates performance, and redirects services as directed by Resident CareManager or Director of Nursing Services of pertinent problems.
3. Prepares or assists with new admissions,transfers, and discharges, providing direct resident care as determined byresident condition.
4. Completes treatments and procedures, as orderedby the physician, and within scope of practice and related training whileobserving resident condition and reporting changes to physician and ResidentCare Manager.
5. Evaluates and records residents’ needs andresponses to medications and administers medications as ordered by thephysician and directs medication aides accordingly.
6. Completes incident forms, transcribes andcarries out physician orders and notifies family and physician as directed.
7. Documents all pertinent information oninterdisciplinary notes and 24-Hour D.N.S. report form, and documentsmedications, treatments and procedures performed on appropriate records.

Once you master this role, you could consider the StaffLPN at one of our skilled nursing care centers, Charge Nurse (LPN), Resident CareManager (LPN), Assistant Health Services Director (assisted living), HealthServices Director (in some markets) and other roles which require a higherlevel of education with Prestige Care.
