As a CNA at Prestige , you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care and assistance to our residents while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment. The CNA follows daily activities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and works together with fellow team members to provide residents with a high-quality care experience.
Needed Education & Experience to be a CNA at Prestige:
- An active CNA license in the state you wish to practice
- A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff.

Summary Of BenefitsFull-time team members are eligible for Prestige’s comprehensive benefit package including choice of medical plans, HSA/FSA accounts, dental and vision insurance, and company paid life and AD&D insurance. All team members are eligible to participate in the company’s retirement plans with a company match for those who meet the hours and service requirements. Additional benefits include Employee Assistance Program and Education Reimbursement program.
Full-time and Part-Time team members (over 20 hours/week) accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year. Exempt Employees accrue 16 days of PTO each year.
